But I think you're missing a strong 4th option: the Scribefire plug-in for Firefox. Not Mac-specific, but it does most of what this competition does just fine on a Mac and can work offline. Even if you use Safari to browse, there's a good case for installing Firefox and Scribefire as a free and competitive alternative.
